Primex Tower in Greenhills, San Juan will house the first Pullman-branded hotel in the Philippines. In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, Primex Realty Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Primex Corp., said it has signed a hotel management agreement with Accor Hotels for Pullman Manila, which is expected to be a 200-room, five-star hotel with views of two golf courses and the cityscape.
Pullman is an upscale hotel and resorts chain with 117 properties in 33 countries. The hotel in Manila will have two restaurants, a lobby lounge and a rooftop bar, as well as a fitness center, and a swimming pool. Located at the corner of Connecticut and Florida Streets, Primex Tower is walking distance from Greenhills Shopping Center.
Primex Tower is a 50-story mixed use tower, with the hotel occupying the topmost 10 floors, while the lower floors will be use for retail and office spaces. It is expected to be completed in 2023.
Accor currently operates seven hotels in the Greater Manila area, which welcomed over five million visitors by air in 2019. Pullman Manila at Primex Tower is part of a a pipeline of 16 hotels scheduled to open across the country in the next five years.
