This Business Masterclass Will Coach You on The Most Important Skills For Any Entrepreneur

Sharpening one’s skills is important for any entrepreneur—or any leader, for that matter. There are more and more courses added every day, giving leaders everywhere a chance to gain and hone new insights and skills. Mansfield and Fielders Inc.’s newest masterclass called Discovering, Innovating, Shortlisting Opportunities aims to do just that for market leaders.

The 4-in-1 course offers an avenue for participants to learn discovery and opportunity-seeking skills. It is led by none other than Josiah Go, the chairman and chief innovation strategist of Mansmith and Fielders Inc.

This masterclass covers all the bases, from technical lessons like prototyping and experimentation, to more psychological concepts such as practicing empathy mapping and improving mindfulness—all in the name of improving innovation, which is arguably one of the most important skills that any leader aims to have. There are also 15 teaching methods to be used in order to appeal to a variety of participant learning styles.

The overall lesson bundle comes in two main parts. Part One of the lesson is on October 6, 8, 11, and 13, while Part Two will be on October 15, 18, 20, and 22. Participants can sign on for only one Part if they so choose, but of course it is best to join the full course for a more in-depth understanding of the concepts that will be tackled.

It is also recommended to join the course in groups or teams since it allows for discounts. The course is P21,000 per first participant. However, starting from the second and succeeding participants from the same company, the fee becomes P15,000.

An independent director of Unionbank, Josiah Go was also the first Filipino to be qualified and certified as a Blue Ocean Strategist in the Philippines. Go also earned an executive certificate in Innovation and Strategy at the MIT Sloan in Boston.
