At US President Donald Trump’s annual New Year’s Eve bash at his Florida estate Mar-a-Lago, where his family and close friends welcomed 2020, there was at least one Filipino guest.

Robbie Antonio, managing director of Century Properties and founder and CEO of his own Resident Holdings Group, hobnobbed with guests and posed for pictures with VIPs and Washington’s elite.

The Antonio family has done business with the Trumps, mainly on Manila’s Trump Tower, a P6-billion ultra-luxury residential building located at Century City in Makati City, so it makes sense that he’s close with the family.

In an Instagram post, Antonio posed with one of Trump’s sons, Eric, and his wife Lara, calling them his “favorite couple in the world.”

To my favorite couple in the world- why do you have to be that tall?

He also posted another picture of him hugging Eric and an unidentified gentleman.

This isn’t the first time Antonio has attended New Year’s Eve at Mar-a-Lago. He was also at the bash last year, posting another photo with Eric and Lara and with other guests.
