In November 2022, Universum Talent Research surveyed students and fresh graduates from
courses such as Humanities, Business, and Engineering. The survey results showed ABS-CBN as one of the top employers of choice among the respondents.
According to the survey’s Ideal Employer Ranking, ABS-CBN is one of the most preferred media company in the category, "Humanities, Liberal Arts, and Education" based on Universum’s drivers of attractiveness.
“Drivers of Attractiveness” are a set of criteria that includes employer reputation and image, the social environment of the workplace, monetary compensation and benefits, and job characteristics.
For 2022, the DepEd topped the survey as the most attractive employer in the "Humanities, Liberal Arts, and Education" category, followed by Google in second place, and ABS-CBN in third place.
It is important to note, however, that Google topped the IT category and Engineering category as the most preferred workplace among university students and fresh grads.
Below are the results of the surveys.
