Chel Diokno's Priceless Reaction to Harry Roque's Outburst

On Friday evening, September 10, presidential spokesman Harry Roque lashed out at critics and healthcare workers in what is now a viral outburst. 

"This group has never said anything good about the government response!" shouted Roque, reacting to those who oppose the government's loosening of quarantine restrictions. 

According to Roque, they were also considering the poor and those who need to work, among other things. Below is the video of Roque's outburst.
