The Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) has just announced via a press conference that all Ninoy Aquino International Airport terminals (that's 1 to 4) will be closed from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. tomorrow, December 3, 2019.

"Ito po ay technically force majeure para sa safety ng pasahero," MIAA General Manager Ed Monreal said, as quoted by GMA News

According to the report, 480 flights will be affected. The MIAA is imploring the public to coordinate with the airlines for new schedules, especially since most hotels are booked due to the ongoing SEA Games.

Typhoon Tisoy is expected to make landfall in Bicol tonight or early tomorrow morning. Classes have already been suspended in various parts of the Philippines.
