Hotter Than Hell? Metro Manila Heat Index Likely at 41 Degrees

Perez also advised those who are working outdoors, such as construction workers, to keep themselves hydrated and seek shelter from the heat from time to time.
Last Friday, the heat index in Dagupan soared to 53 degrees, the highest so far in 2021 for the entire country.
