U.P. Refutes Report on Starving Construction Workers on Campus

On April 20, news circulated about stranded construction workers at the University of the Philippines. In a news story by PEP.ph syndicated by Esquire Philippines, it was reported that the workers had to resort to hunting rats and cats for subsistence.

The University of the Philippines has denied the report and issued a statement.
