Adidas Originals celebrates those who turn an open mind into a way of life with its newly released Forum collection just in time for Fall/Winter 2021. The Adidas Forum, originally a basketball shoe from the 1980s, makes a long-awaited return to store shelves, much to the delight of fans.

The iconic silhouette has transcended sport and has since become a timeless style staple spanning diverse cultures and passions seen on the feet of everyone from athletes, artists, musicians, designers, grassroots community organizers, you name it. From the court to the street, the Forum is a versatile sneaker to lace up that goes with pretty much anything that you can rock anywhere.

Continuing the evolution of the Forum, the sneaker is reimagined to introduce it to a younger generation. Playing around with new colors and materials on an old favorite, this creativity and openness has reinvented a classic to further its legend among the Trefoil faithful, old and young alike, with three new looks.

All its traditional elements make a return in Forum Exhibit Low, with a few upgrades to make it 2021-ready. It features a narrower toe, unlike its predecessors, providing a low profile look. A removable strap allows you to change the look up depending on your mood or outfit. The shoe boasts of a luxe white leather upper with red accents and navy blue details and a court-ready rubber outsole.

The Forum Exhibit Mid has the same features in a mid-cut silhouette available in a pastel blue colorway. Last but not the least, the Forum Low takes on a basketball inspired white, navy, red and yellow colorway that throws it back to where it all began for this legendary sneaker. As a fitting tribute to the shoe’s heritage, the modernized versions of the Forum Mid and Forum Low are also available in the silhouette’s classic white and blue colorway.

Inspired by the unbridled spirit of the Forum, Adidas Originals also shines the spotlight on today’s cultural tastemakers who are defining tomorrow’s style. The brand toasts the modern-day creators by enlisting U.K. indie musicians, rapper Slowthai and Iloilo-born Filipina-British artist Beabadoobee, in their seasonal campaign for the Forum. The two artists, together with legendary label Abbey Road Studios, will help young undiscovered musical talent break through the scene and turn their craft into a career, something that they themselves were able to accomplish not too long ago.

Working with the same studio where The Beatles, Oasis, and Frank Ocean made their music, Adidas Originals will be giving chosen musicians the opportunity to produce two songs at Abbey Road Studios with Slowthai and Beabadoobee helping them out.

The Adidas Forum provides fans of the Trefoil a platform to experiment and a vehicle for self-expression. Whichever model you choose and however you want to style it, the Adidas Forum encourages you to stay open, continue evolving, and as the brand best puts it, remember the future.

The Forum collection is now available globally at adidas.com/forum and select Adidas retail locations locally.
