Because the world is your you-know-what.

Due to our penchant for leaving no moment un-Instagrammed during our travels, rolling into town with a wardrobe designed to (subtly) upstage the locals has become a pressing goal of pre-flight preparation. Striking the balance between looking tastefully extra and becoming a target for price gouging is a concernbut let’s not forget about comfort either.

With their motto,“Traveling is a sport,” LA-based Oyster Holdings espouses a luxe streetwear-inspired style and crafts pieces that you can wear from airport to destination with no change required to refresh yourself when you arrive.

Their 2018 footwear collaboration with Adidas Originals blend the familiarity and easy-on-the-feet appeal of the Three Stripes with just enough tonal and material modifications to stand out from the inevitable hordes of Boost-wearing tourists everywhere.

A technical sneaker from the retro days of sports design, the Handball Top has a distinctive ridged and translucent outsole sitting beneath an ash blue or a delightfully subdued yellow base.

Twinstrike Oyster

The default Twinstrike’s colorway could kindly be described as brash, so Oyster’s take relegates all that color to a multi-toned midsole and paints over the mesh and fabric upper in an all-white scheme.
