Alden Richards Shakes Up the Standard Jacket at the Stranger Things Season Four Premiere
It seems we've all been sleeping on Alden Richards' red carpet style. The man definitely knows how to dress casually, as evidenced by his travel photos, but his suiting game is one we've been guilty of ignoring. But no longer.
On Sunday, Richards attended the Stranger Things season four premiere in New York looking truly great in some top-notch tailoring. The actor hit the red carpet in a tailored jacket from Dior that turns up the volume on standard navy, as well as jackets as a whole.
Though the navy jacket looks like your typical jacket, it was anything but. Sure, it has a classic silhouette but if you look closely and really examine, the Dior jacket has peak lapels, covered buttons, and a metal 'CD' buckle belt. All of which shake up the standard jacket. Oh, and the Patek Philippe Nautilus helps, too.

One key to keep in mind, though, is with such a statement piece, you want to keep everything else simple. Try a mock-neck like Richards, or a crisp white shirt. For a more dressed-down appearance, you can even pair it with a tee.
The actor has definitely been serving looks—masterminded by his stylists Melville Sy, Maita Baello, and Shark Tanael of Studio 24c—including a Balmain jacket as he renewed his contract with GMA and Artist Center. But this sleek Dior number is one for the books.
