Another Guess x A$AP Rocky Capsule Just Dropped, And People Went Nuts

This collaboration is really paying off for the beloved ’90s label.

It seems that Guess’ partnership with Harlem hip-hop artist A$AP Rocky isn’t just a one-off, as yet another collaboration capsule (including pieces from his pop-up bodega with Selfridges London) just dropped here in the Philippines. Not straying too far off from the previous capsule, which dropped last July, this recent release sees pastels, stripes, and an overall vintage motif, referencing Guess’ golden years, the ’90s.

Standout pieces include a cream white pullover with navy embroidery across the chest (featuring the necessary double-dollar sign that sets the collection apart from mainline Guess) and a light washed denim jacket with the same logo patched across the back. Both feature boxy cuts that should fit in with the overall look of contemporary streetwear, but are also tame enough to be worn as grown-up statement pieces.

The collection was released in three local branches of Guess last Friday, December 15: Trinoma, Glorietta, and SM Mall of Asia. As you could imagine, people flocked to the stores and queed up, making quick work of the clothes.

If you move fast enough, you might still be lucky enough to score some of the pieces that were left behind. Short-sleeved T-shirts range from P3,298 to P3,498, the long-sleeved T-shirt goes for P3,898, the sweatshirt goes for P4,398, and the denim jacket goes for P8,998.
