In this line of rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, in pink or yellow gold and some set with diamonds or corals, Cartier jettisons the delicate and pretty by subverting three of its signature codes—the stud, the clou carre (or nail), the sphere (or bead)—into something daring. The combination results in, what the jeweler describes, as “a singular, ribbed mesh.”
