COS and Coco Capitán's capsule collection of tees have finally landed on our shores.

The collab notably features the artist's signature handwriting with messages of love, freedom, and inclusivity. The limited-edition piece has the message: "Always love because love is always love." Along with the tee, COS is also releasing a repurposed cotton tote that features the colors of the Progress flag.

If the collection seems familiar, that's because it was released all over the world a few months back for Pride month. That, of course, doesn't mean the fight for equality is over and by extension celebrating pride.

As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, Capitán says celebrating pride is important as it promotes gay culture and history, as well as putting a spotlight on people who as she puts it "made it possible for me and my generation to be who we are without having to think further."

"The one Pride that I will never forget was with my mum," says Capitán, who went to her first Orgullo in Madrid when she was just 14. "I am lucky to have a mother who has always supported who I am and who I love. I never had to come out or give an explanation on who I liked or loved when I was a teenager."

When the capsule collection came out in June, COS pledged 100 percent of the proceeds from the sales of the collab donated to charities such as Kaleidoscope Trust, The Trevor Project, Outline, and Black Rainbow.

In the Philippines, the sales of the products will go to Philippines-based organizations such as Galang and Love Yourself. Galang is a female-led nonprofit that works with economically disadvantaged LGBTQ+, while Love Yourself is a nonprofit LGBT organization that provides safe spaces and services.
