Kenzo has always stood for freedom, joy, diversity, and so much more. So, for Kenzo's latest collection, creative director Felipe Oliveira Baptista went back to the brand's core truth by taking a look at the archives, as well as more recent pieces, to bring together the new possibilities of the new world.

Baptista shares that the collection is a celebration of the brand's namesake Kenzo Takada who passed away last year. He watched recently restored videos of Kenzo's fashion shows from 1978 to 1985 which were full of vibrant colors and effortless garments. "Everything seemed so organic and effortless, sensual and emotional," he said.
