Louis Vuitton Has an Airplane-Shaped Bag That Costs As Much As an Actual Miniplane

Ah, yes. Another fashion season drop is fast approaching which means we're getting a bunch of crazy (yet fun) items our way. We have, of course, the usual suspects: Balenciaga, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton who always deliver.
In fact, the latest crazy piece comes from Louis Vuitton by way of an airplane-shaped bag in the maison's signature monogram. Look, we love a weird item as much as the next guy but at $39,000 (approximately P1.9 million), this bag is beyond.
The bag comes from Virgil Abloh's fall collection where he looked into archetypes that personified dreams and aspirations as children like the artist, the salesman, the architect, and the drifter.
Several users on Twitter are offering their expertise, as always, by dissing the bag. But, one tweet makes much more sense than the others as it points out that you can buy an actual plane for less. Yup, a 1968 Cessna is going for $32,300 on eBay right now.
So, if you have $39,000 to spare, you can buy this Cessna plus a great paint job with the leftover money. What a deal.
