How to Watch Louis Vuitton Men's Spring Summer 2021 Fashion Show Live
Tonight in Shanghai, Louis Vuitton is staging its latest collection out of Paris for the first time in recent history. In major cities all over the world, fashion week has moved away from the runway to totally embrace the digital experience by going virtual. This season, Louis Vuitton is taking that further and offering a different experience altogether.
What that means for you is you can finally watch one of the most anticipated shows of the season—front row—comfortably at home (is there any place else to be these days?) while wearing Louis Vuitton gear or sweats (we don't judge).
You never really know what to expect with Louis Vuitton under Virgil Abloh's direction. But from the hints we've gotten online, you can expect retro designs based on a motley crew of LV characters, including Zoooom and his friends. Everything will be mixed with the spirit of travel that the house has come to be known for, of course.
Titled Message in a Bottle, the collection champions diversity, inclusivity, and unity while putting to work Abloh's upcycling initiative, which uses a mix of "new looks made from recycled material, looks repeated from the fall/winter 2020 collection, looks freely created by the studio during the lockdown using recycled material and new looks created from existing ideas."
We've got the livestream for your viewing pleasure below. Tune in tonight at 6:30 p.m. to be part of this monumental event, featuring the triple threat of Louis Vuitton, Virgil Abloh, and Shanghai.
