Salvatore Ferragamo's Luca Guadagnino-Directed Fashion Film Wins at the Berlin Fashion Film Festival

The votes are in: Salvatore Ferragamo's Luca Guadagnino-directed fashion film for its spring/summer 2021 collection wins at the Berlin Fashion Film Festival.
The fashion film took two prizes at the film festival: Best Art Direction and Best Costumes. The annual festival honors creatives in fashion, film, and art for their exceptional storytelling.
Inspired by Alfred Hitchcock, the film is set in Italy and serves as an homage to both old Hollywood and Milan—two locations that are both significant to Ferragamo's success. Guadgnino's film stars Mariacarla Boscono, Maggie Cheng, Jonas Glöer, Samer Rahma, and Anok Yai who are brought together in a series of meaningful mise-en-scenes.
Another star, of course, are Salvatore Ferragamo creative director Paul Andrew's technicolor-hued designs including luxurious nappa pieces, powder blue chambray tailoring, and perforated white leather outerwear.
