Tomas Maier's Uniqlo Collaboration Brings Breezy Beach Vibes

Another season, another excellent Uniqlo collaboration. We've barely gotten over the J.W. Anderson drop from a few weeks back, and already the Japanese fast fashion retailer is back with more.

Their long-awaited collection with Bottega Veneta creative director Tomas Maier is out today, and it's lined with some cool, breezy basics. Think of these as the kind of clothes that you'd pack for a weekend getaway, to some fancy beach resort that serves third-wave coffee and holds yoga classes at sunrise.

The collection has an earthy olive-navy motif going on, and some classic warm weather pieces: chino shorts, T-shirts, cotton jackets, even flip-flops. With the exception of the cotton flight jacket (which, while a little out of place, is one of the best pieces), everything works as a great tropical downtime flex. Here are some of the highlights:
