Though Vetements has long collaborated with unlikely brands (Mackintosh, Kawasaki, and, uh, BIC lighters), another hook-up with Levi's seems a more natural fit.

The reworked jean, released as part of the wider spring/summer '19 sportswear-denim hybrid collection, melds the classic, five pocket design with the tracksuit bottoms of The Royal Tenenbaums. Which sounds peculiar. But, in a time when we may be nearing peak sportswear saturation, it's a refreshing take on a wardrobe cornerstone that seems actually, positively new.
