The very first pair of the Foam Runner was first spotted in June 2019 on North West’s feet. Since then, rumors of a new Yeezy circulated on sneaker pages. Kanye West finally put an end to rumors when he announced its release for June 2020.

The Foam Runner has a solid cast construction with elongated holes on the toe vamp, midfoot, and heel for breathability. A ribbed surface on the interior provides extra grip, while the sole receives a wavy pattern for traction. The Adidas logo is also part of the solid cast construction and is barely noticeable on the heel counter.

There is no official price announced for the Foam Runner, but it is expected to retail for around $75. Although the design is a bold risk for the Yeezy, its competitive pricing could make this a popular shoe after all.
