Jaime, Don Jaime Zobel de Ayala’s grandson from widowed daughter Bea Zobel Jr., has lived outside the Philippines for most of his life, residing in Spain as a child and then in England to attend All Hallows School and Worth School (thus the charming hybrid accent of Spanish, British, and American). Upon graduation from Notre Dame University in 2010, Jaime was selected by the national team to represent the Philippines at the Asian 5 Nations tournament, and he’s stayed on as a member since—the reason behind Jaime’s more frequent trips home despite his hectic schedule as a Wall Street analyst in New York.

Atom Araullo

The most fawned-over personality on television during his time as a journalist, Atom studied at Ateneo de Manila and Philippine Science High School before graduating with a degree in Applied Physics from the University of the Philippines- Diliman. One of ABS-CBN News’ most dedicated (not to mention handsome) field reporters, he famously delivered one of the hardest-hitting newscasts of 2013, risking his life to get the Philippine public its very first glimpse into the devastation of Typhoon Yolanda. We like a man who perseveres, and looks great while doing so.

Franco came home to Manila in 2009 after living abroad for more than a decade, of which two years were spent with a charity organization as a camp counselor in Vancouver and Washington. It would have been to no one’s surprise if Franco had taken the culinary path, as his dad Sandy is a chef and restaurateur, and his grandmother is well-loved cookbook author Nora Daza. But bright lights beckoned, and Franco decided to give showbiz a try. Now he’s following in the footsteps of cousin Isabelle Daza.

With golden skin and attractive Eurasian features, it was only a matter of time until show business came knocking for Matteo, an Italian-Filipino racer born in Cebu to entrepreneurs Gianluca Guidicelli and Glenna Fernan (a niece of former Chief Justice Marcelo Fernan). Eventually, Matteo retired from racing and pursued acting full time, enrolling in workshops at the New York Film Academy and in a two-year Musical Theater course at Columbia College in Chicago. He’s since top-billed shows on primetime television and was a regular host on ABS-CBN’s weekly variety show.

When he’s not performing in buzzed-about shows (such as Red Turnip Theater’s controversial Cock), the grandson of the late society doyenne Elvira Manahan flexes his creative muscle at advertising agency as a copywriter.

Martin, the son of Bak Ramos and Lito Licauco, is the youngest—and the only single—grandson of National Book Store’s “Nanay” Socorro Ramos. A graduate of the University of the Philippines College of Music, Martin is a classical pianist and trained at Konservatorium Prayner in Vienna, Austria, for his craft. He’s now engaged in the family business’ distribution arm, but music remains his first passion.

His mother is Grace Poe-Llamanzares, who was a frontrunner in the 2016 presidential election and is currently a senator. A political science graduate of Ateneo de Manila University, Brian took classes in campaign and electoral management in Fordham University on his junior term abroad, and worked as his mother's campaign coordinator during the 2013 senate race. “Originally, I wanted to go into public service, but as fate would have it, my mom went into politics. So I think this is her time. In the meantime, I’ll find another way to make a difference,” he says.

This 28-year-old New York University graduate spent five years as an assistant director at Star Cinema before returning to New York for grad school at Columbia. He spends his free time taking photographs on hiking or sailing excursions.
