Bespoke Textiles and Wallpapers Add a Touch of Whimsy to Your Home

Every partnership has its own story to tell and the team of Tracie Dizon, Victoria Tambunting, and Ian Giron, the three multi-faceted individuals behind the House of Sachrijara, is no exception. The trio has decades of design experience both here and abroad, with each member having a distinct background that ranges from fashion and interiors to painting and the graphic arts.
Having launched their brand in New York just last year, their design studio offers its discriminating clientele hand-painted and embroidered t’nalak, abaca, and other Philippine textiles, as well as wallpaper and objets d’art—all of which are customized to individual design preferences. Additional applications of their work have also been used for chairs, benches and chairs, pillows, beds, and screens. “We are always experimenting with combinations and techniques and we love the imperfection of something handmade,” shares Dizon. “We actually like it when accidents happen. They usually lead us to something special.” [email protected]
