'Happy Hour' promotions offered by bars and lounges usually extend past a single hour, which fortunately give patrons more time to consume glass after glass of their favorite libation. In case you're in need of unlimited pick-me-ups, here are some of the best offers around Metro Manila. Cheers!

Cheese and Charcuterie Buffet at Alfred

Can’t get enough of cheese and wine pairings? Every Friday from now through September 28, the Alfred at Makati Diamond offers a cheese and charcuterie buffet from 6 to 9 p.m. Cap off the evening with a drink from the bar, well-stocked with wine, beer, and all sorts of spirits. The gin bar lets you choose from six different gins, both local and imported, best enjoyed with generous servings of Jamon Serrano and melted Raclette cheese. The accompanying fare isn’t limited to the grazing menu of cold cuts and cheese. The buffet table is packed with dishes such as prawn kataifi with salted egg dip, pate en croute, ham and cheese croquettes, Emmental tarts, and more. The heavier offerings include a slow-cooked beef belly and a pinakbet paella with bagnet.
