Everyone’s a critic these days, and the millennial diner might be the greatest one of all. Armed with a smartphone and the ability to navigate through the deluge of fast information, the hyper-aware millennial is quick to say what he likes and dislikes, ushering a new breed of food writers. Apart from this, the youngsters will dig up any obscure establishment, ingredient, or hidden outpost and bring it to light.
