Look: AXOR Teams Up With London-Based Studio Barber Osgerby for These Exceptional Bathroom Fixtures
Over the past year and a half that you’ve spent stuck at home, you’ve probably invested a considerable amount of time in home improvement—from your bedroom to your work-from-home setup and even your kitchen. The one area you might be missing, however, is your bathroom.
Your bathroom may not be the room you spend the most time in, but you still use it every day, and you shouldn’t have to settle for a subpar experience. Not when you know that AXOR has recently launched a new collection designed by Barber Osgerby, a London-based studio by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby.
It’s called AXOR One, and it consists of 31 fine fixtures for your washbasin, bathtub, and shower, featuring the elegant aesthetic you didn’t know your bathroom needed.
Simple, elegant, and functional, the collection is powered by advanced Select technology, which offers a new and more intuitive way to use the faucet (yes, there is a better and more luxurious way to do this): press down to start or stop the water and turn clockwise to increase the temperature—and this is what the AXOR One collection is at its core: effortless, intuitive, and ultra-precise.
Design-wise, you can count on sleek, timeless, and exquisite looks, featuring slender silhouettes, flat surfaces, soft corners, and balanced proportions as well as Chrome and Matte Black colorways and an array of exclusive AXOR FinishPlus surfaces that you can personalize and customize based on your taste.
The faucets have a soft taper to their curved spouts, as well as mechanical handles that offer precise, water-saving on/off, and temperature control.
The thermostatic module, on the other hand, is designed with large paddle handles which are marked and highly responsive, giving you intuitive control of spray types, and comes with a thermostat handle that lets you control the temperature and volume easily and precisely.
If you like taking long showers, you’ll find this collection’s showers quite impressive, too. They are available in both overhead and hand-held, both featuring monolithic forms. They’re also equipped with Rain and PowderRain spray types, which you can easily see and control on the showerhead.
Finally, AXOR One features a sleek all-in-one showerpipe combining an overhead shower, hand-held shower, wall bar, and wall outlet.
Now, if you’re into bathroom fixtures that offer subtle edginess and a ton of options, the AXOR Citterio collection might be right up your alley. Italian designer Antonio Citterio goes for understated luxury with the help of flat reflective surfaces and geometric precision—and we can’t get enough of the new “floating” lever handle featuring a rhombic cut that’s bursting with character.
All in all, the AXOR Citterio collection features 70 products for the washbasin, shower, and bathtub, that all embody this understated yet unmistakably luxurious look.

The collection includes elegant pieces like a wall mirror, a shaving mirror, towel hooks, single and double hooks, a towel holder, and a cosmetic tissue box. It also features a shelf and a bath towel holder in various lengths perfect for the shower, as well as a paper roll holder, a toilet brush holder, and a trash can to complete your toilet area. Each piece reflects the brand’s simple elegance that achieves perfection through function—all of which are designed by Barber Osgerby.
