Topping a list of beautiful women who got Filipinos Googling this year is Miss Universe Philippines 2016 Maxine Medina. The Google Year in Search feature aggregated all the topics we searched about throughout 2017, and gave this list of most-searched female celebrities:

Maxine Medina, who represented the Philippines in the Miss Universe pageant last January 2017 at the Mall of Asia Arena, beat out Gal Gadot, who holds the number two spot in the Philippines, but was also the third-most Googled actor in the whole world.

Wonder Woman is followed by actress Kylie Padilla, who was engaged this year to Aljur Abrenica, and gave birth to their baby boy last August. The number four spot belongs to Kim Tae-Hee, a Korean actress who also got married and gave birth this year; while number five is Maureen Wroblewitz, winner of the fifth cycle of Asia’s Next Top Model.

Other beauty queens who made it to the top 10 most-searched female celebrities are Miss Universe 1993 Dayanara Torres, Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters, and Miss International Philippines 2017 Mariel de Leon. It goes to show how much we love our beauty pageants—which is even more than how much we love our K-Pop.
