Harry Styles Brings on the Melancholy With "Forever, Forever"

All we've heard from music star Harry Styles after his past Love on Tour world tour was about dating rumors, him quietly crushing marathons in Europe and Japan, and who can forget him being spotted with several artists like Fred again and even the surging star Olivia Dean.

Well, now he has given his fans something to work with via a nearly nine-minute long piano, horns, and strings ballad simply called "Forever, Forever," on his official YouTube channel.

The video is just Styles in his trademark ostentatious, eclectic, Elton John-esque show gear, wordlessly serenading the Italian crowd through the ivory keys of the piano at the RCF Arena Campovolo in Reggio nell'Emilia back on his final show day in 2023.

Styles opens the piano performance with a few words for the crowd in Italian: "L'ho scritto per voi" (I wrote this for you), before setting the mood for the melancholic performance, which caused a bunch of girls in the audience to burst into tears.

We haven't really been in a total musical drought in the past two years, looking back at his heartwarming "Landslide" performance with Fleetwood Mac's Stevie Nicks, who is one of his idols.

His third and latest record, Harry's House (2022), nabbed several Grammys in 2023, winning Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical.
