'Heated Rivalry' Actor Connor Storrie's Watch Collection Is On Fire

It’s been a busy month for Connor Storrie. In the wake of Canadian gay drama Heated Rivalry, he’s become one of the most-talked-about celebrities. After attending his first Golden Globes, there were 458,000 mentions of his name across social media with regards to the night - to put into perspective, Jennifer Lawrence, who was an actual nominee, had 77k mentions.

And things are only just getting started for the 25-year old actor. He’s quickly bagged himself a stylist, and he’s really come into his own when it comes to getting dressed up. He’s out there wearing off the catwalk Bottega Veneta, Saint Laurent, and other brands that, a month ago, he could’ve only dreamed of wearing on the regular.

He’s also tuning into his watches, and has been out there sporting some pretty special timepieces. At the aforementioned Golden Globes he paired his Saint Laurent tux with a Tiffany & Co Union Square watch, which is defined by its geometric shape and skyscraper hands. The night before he wore Chopard’s XXXXX to a Vanity Fair party, complimenting his Louis Vuitton outfit and matched up with a dazzling Chopard brooch from the Haute Joaillerie Collection.

For a Chanel dinner that same week, he wore - you guessed it - a Chanel watch. He wore the Chanel Boy-friend Watch - appropriate really, considering he’s the Internet’s new BF. At a party for The Actors Awards (formerly the SAG Awards) at LA’s glitzy and very private Chateau Marmont, he rocked an Omega De Ville Prestige, while to announce ​​the Actors Awards nominations with comedian Janelle James, he opted for a Hublot Classic Fusion King Gold 38mm.

And most recently for an appearance on the sofa of Seth Myers's late night show Storrie wore an IWC Schaffhausen Portofino Automatic, which with its discreet date display, croc-effect strap and minimal branding is the epitome of understated good taste.

In short, he’s on a roll, and it’s only a matter of time before he’s signing on the dotted line of a mega contract with a mega watch brand. Our guess? There's surely a lot of watch brand rivalry out there right now.
