NUSTAR Resort Cebu Unveils Its 2026 Valentine’s Day Guide

This February, NUSTAR Resort Cebu is offering a curated collection of dining experiences that cater to every kind of love story. Whether you’re looking for a cinematic evening under the stars, a soulful Italian feast, or a lively night of music and cocktails, the integrated resort in the Queen City of the South has set the stage for an unforgettable February 14th.

For the couple that wants a cinematic moment, the Romantic Soiree Under the Stars at 7 p.m. at the NUSTAR Poolside Gardens is the premier choice. Guests can enjoy a bespoke five-course dinner set against the backdrop of the shimmering Cebu–Cordova Link Expressway.

The evening begins with an elegant trio of amuse-bouches, including balsamic and pink pepper berry bruschetta; steak tataki with wasabi in herb brioche, crowned with caviar and gold leaf; and Roquefort with fig and cranberry tartlet. This is followed by charred octopus with romesco sauce, cherry tomatoes, and puffed quinoa before a refreshing rosé wine berry sorbet. For the main course, diners can choose between U.S. Beef and Foie Gras or Dry-Aged Beef Tenderloin and the Chilean Seabass and Lobster. It all ends with with a decadent Dark Chocolate Frangelico Magnum.

Those seeking an Italian flair will find it at Il Primo through the "Amore al Primo Morso" experience. Meaning “love at first bite,” this five-course journey is inspired by the Italian philosophy of savoring love and food slowly. The menu features homemade beetroot Sardinian culurgiones, Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, and Cherry Semifreddo. Beyond the food, there's also live violin music and a portrait sketch artist who creates bespoke keepsakes for couples. This experience is available for P4,000++ per person, with an optional wine pairing for an additional P1,000++.

At Mott 32, "A Taste of Romance" offers an elevated four-course Valentine’s menu for P4,988 per person. This modern Chinese culinary experience features celebratory mains like their world-renowned Peking Duck and premium seafood selections. The glamorous, moody atmosphere of the restaurant is further enhanced by live violin and duo serenade performances, making it a sophisticated choice for lunch or dinner.

For a celebration rooted in local heritage, Fina invites guests to "Hapag ng Pag-ibig." This experience is inspired by the Filipino tradition of salu-salo, where love is expressed through shared dishes and meaningful conversation. At P1,500 per person, guests can choose between two curated set menus featuring creative twists on Filipino classics, such as Bulalo Osso Buco Style or Bistek Tagalog. It is a heartfelt option for families and couples alike who want to celebrate the season of love with familiar flavors.

If your idea of a perfect date involves a lively beat and a great drink, Axis Entertainment and Sports Bar presents "Romance & Rhythms." For P2,800 per person, guests can enjoy a special dinner and drinks package that includes a choice of Grilled Salmon or Pork Adobo Riblets and a mini Red Velvet cake. The highlight of the night is the high-energy performance by The Great Ideas Band, ensuring a celebratory and rhythmic Valentine's night.

NUSTAR extends the festivities through the Valentine’s Affair Retail Kiosk, located in the shared lobby of Fili and NUSTAR Hotels. Open until February 18, the kiosk offers a variety of handcrafted chocolates, pralines, and artisanal cakes.
