At the Dior Summer 2026 show, the House introduced two new objects of desire that land at the intersection of movement, utility, and modern elegance.

First: the Dior Jett bag, a nomadic silhouette that bridges heritage and contemporary function. Crafted in Dior Oblique jacquard canvas—a motif designed by Marc Bohan in 1967—the Jett comes in vintage brown or tone-on-tone black, its supple yet structured form defined by clean lines and a utilitarian feel. Designed to move easily with the wearer, it arrives in Messenger and Backpack formats, the former offered in small, medium, and large sizes, with the iconic Oblique lettering front and center.

The medium Messenger pushes practicality further, rendered in suede or wool and finished with an unexpected literary flourish: covers inspired by Dracula by Bram Stoker and In Cold Blood by Truman Capote, echoing the Dior Book Tote and nodding to the founding couturier’s love of literature. The Backpack, meanwhile, leans into functionality with a concealed drawstring closure, two leather straps, and a spacious interior complete with a laptop pocket. Across the line, finishing touches like the double magnetic “CD” buckle and discreet Dior logo underscore the bag’s refined yet free-spirited character.

Completing the look are the new Dior Roadie shoes, designed by Jonathan Anderson and worn by him during his first show for the House. Hybrid in spirit, they blur the line between casual sneakers and functional elegance, built around an ultra-flexible, split sole that bends with the foot and is detailed with the signature cannage pattern. Crafted from nubuck paired with mesh-effect printed suede, the Roadie highlights hand-stitched seams and clean edges in a celebration of atelier craftsmanship. Available in coordinated shades of brown, gray, dark green, or beige, with colored soles, alongside a black-and-gray derby variation, the Roadie balances vintage sensibility with a futuristic edge.
