The 2026 Auto Focus Multi-Brand Test Drive Festival opens May 7 at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, bringing together 15 car brands for four days of free test drives and on-site financing under the theme "Accelerate the Future."
The event runs through May 10, 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily, with no entrance fee. Participating brands include BYD, Tesla, Toyota, Honda, Kia, Lexus, GAC, MG, Lynk & Co, Chery, Foton, Jetour, BAIC, Omoda | Jaecoo, and Radar, several of which are bringing hybrid and electric models alongside their combustion lineup.
The festival follows MIAS 2026 and arrives at a moment when the local car market is mid-transition. Chinese brands have flooded in over the last two years, EVs are no longer a novelty, and hybrid options now exist at price points that were unthinkable half a decade ago. For buyers trying to make sense of all that, the usual approach of driving across the metro to hit individual dealerships one by one is a slow way to do it.
Auto Focus consolidates that process. The enclosed test drive circuit lets attendees get behind the wheel of multiple models in a single visit and compare them directly, which is something no showroom visit really replicates. For anyone still on the fence about going electric, that kind of back-to-back comparison tends to be more useful than a spec sheet.
BPI Auto Loans will also be on-site throughout the run, so buyers who come in undecided and leave with a preference can start sorting out financing before they leave the grounds.
Entrance and test drives are free across all four days.
