Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill PH Debuts Whole Roasted Turkey for the Holidays
And during a preview of their special menu, Group GM Ryan Behr let us in on the future plans for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

The Philippine outpost of Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill, which opened just a little over a year ago, is one of the 'Selected' restaurants featured in the MICHELIN Guide 2025. This doesn't come as a surprise, considering Ramsay's reputation in the global culinary industry. But it should be noted that some of the dishes served at the Newport World Resorts-based restaurant are created by local talent. And the same is true for their holiday special: the Festive Menu, which is available from November 21, 2025, to January 4, 2026.
"All the dishes created in this kitchen have been inspired by Gordon especially from the time he spent with the team earlier this year. Advocating for local talent, we have always empowered our team to present their recipes to the team in London who in return test it out, approve it and we put it in our menu," Ryan Behr, Group General Manager - Gordon Ramsay Philippines Newport World Resorts, tells a few members of the press during the Festive Menu preview.
Beaming with pride, he explained that most of the people in the kitchen have been with them since day one. "The average age there is 22, 23 years old. It's a very young team. And they're doing so, so good. And it's good to see the local talent, how they have grown, how they have developed, and how they're pushing themselves." Behr's team creates new items in the menu every three or four months.
Festive Menu: For a Ramsay Christmas
The Festive Menu's centerpiece is the Whole Roasted Turkey, which is carved in front of guests for the full Thanksgiving experience. The feast features beef-fat roasted potatoes, baby carrots, braised red cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cranberry jelly, and chicken jus. Every bit of the dish is already flavorful, even the Brussels sprouts, which I'm not usually a fan of, except this time. The Whole Roasted Turkey is priced at P16,000 and serves up to six guests. Just make sure to pre-order with a 48-hour time allowance. If you're coming solo (or with a plus one), the turkey can be served as a plate of Roasted Breast (P1,500).

Then, of course, no Ramsay dining is complete without the Beef Wellington. But for the Festive Menu, they've made it the Whole Beef Wellington Log, which is perfect for sharing among eight guests. One whole log costs P29,888; a 24-hour pre-order is required.

The Kale and Quinoa Christmas Wreath Salad's (P988) name speaks for itself. Styled like a wreath are bits and pieces of carrots, beetroot, pomegranate, and goat cheese. It should not be mistaken for a light salad, especially with the orange dressing that makes every spoonful a filling bite.

Finish it all off with the Christmas Pudding (P680), which has a brandy butter sauce poured onto the plate tableside.

For drinks, the Homemade Mulled Wine tastes like Christmas in a glass, especially with the citrus and spice infused into the Malbec. The Christmas Baubletini, which is Tanqueray gin with raspberry syrup, chamomile apple syrup, lemon, and orange bitters, tastes like Christmas shopping—often a frenzy but still a comforting feeling that comes with gift-giving. Baileys Gingerbread Espresso Affogato Martini is perfect for a Christmas morning, when you need your cup of joe but also still want another shot of some festive alcohol. Finally, New Year's Midnight Glitter is a mix of sparkling wine, St. Germain Liquer, and some soda to welcome 2026—preferably drunk and merry. All drinks cost P550.
Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill Philippines has also unveiled its spectacularly designed two private dining rooms, courtesy of event stylist and curator Randy Lazaro. Each room can sit 10 guests, or combine the two to welcome up to 20 pax.

What's Next for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants
Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill PH opened its doors in August 2024.
"We've done so much in the year already. I said to the guys, when I look at our social media, it's like always something happening, in only one year," Behr said. On weekends, for example, the restaurant is always at full capacity for their brunch, which was initially offered on Saturdays, but the demand became so big that they also had to do it on Sundays.
The Philippines, according to Behr, has the second-highest follower base for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. And they use this to their advantage.
"We adjust to the flavor, the local palate here. If you go to the U.K., it's much stronger, it's more pungent. It has more of that mushroom, strong mustard flavor. Here we've toned it down a bit so that it fits the palate here. Also, the fish, we use the local lapu-lapu. We use local ingredients here. We cook with local prawns. For the seafood tower, we use all local seafood. Even in Cebu, we also try to use everything that's on the island," he explained.
They're also already opening a Hell's Kitchen "soon," he said. This bombshell was already announced by Ramsay himself when he visited the Philippines in January.
"We are looking at potentially three new restaurant sites here in the Philippines. So I’d be attending the group and looking at some really fun sites and stuff to come, maybe a beautiful Hell’s Kitchen restaurant," Ramsay announced back then.
Behr hinted that it's going to be in a nice location. "We actually had our team already in the States last week to meet with the team in London to go and look at the design and check the food and the back of house area. It's well under progress and works. So super, super exciting," he added.
He also said that Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill PH is working on a couple of activations. "There is coming up for the new year, there is gonna be a little bit of a show on Netflix that's gonna launch soon. And we are one of the destinations that was recorded on Netflix when Gordon was here in January. We had the whole Netflix team here and they did a whole recording," Behr said.
Another thing to expect is a pop-up in various locations. "But I will not tell you what the pop-up is yet. You'll have to watch and see this place."
Gordon Ramsay Bar and Grill is at 2/F Grand Wing (beside Hilton Manila), Newport World Resorts, Pasay City.
