These Filipino Comic Books Are Heading to San Diego Comic-Con 2024

The annual San Diego Comic-Con is the pinnacle of pop culture conventions, drawing fans from around the globe to celebrate comics, movies, TV shows, and more since its conception in 1970. Since 2010, it has filled the San Diego Convention Center in California to capacity with over 130,000 attendees, making it one of the biggest—if not the biggest—comic book conventions in the world.

And for the 2024 edition of this much-awaited comic-con, 11 Filipino comic books and five exclusive titles are making their way to the exhibition halls to be displayed alongside some of the most famous titles in the comics industry. Bringing them there is Hot Tropiks, the leading distributor of Filipino comics, graphic novels, and children’s literature in the United States.

If you happen to be at the San Diego Comic-Con from July 25 to 28, you can find Hot Tropiks at Booth L-10 in the Small Press section of the San Diego Convention Center.
