Outgoing Miss Universe Philippines Winner Bea Gomez Rocks a Full Suit In Her Farewell Walk

It’s certainly a first in a major local beauty pageant. 

Bea Gomez, the winner of Miss Universe Philippines 2021 took her traditional final walk as reigning queen wearing not a glittery evening gown, as is customary for these things, but in a full suit.

Gomez walked on the Miss Universe Philippines stage in the black brocade wool suit made by ace designer Francis Libiran. According to Preview.ph, Libiran also made the gown Gomez wore during the Miss Universe pageant in December last year. She paired the suit and pants with pink shoes by Jojo Bragais.

Libiran posted a short video of Gomez wearing the suit on his Instagram:
