Comedy King Dolphy rules on Cinema One YouTube channel this month as the country marks the actor’s 10th death anniversary by featuring three of his well-loved movies. “Hataw Tatay Hataw,” “Dino Dinero,” and “Ang Hiwaga Ng Ibong Adarna” are streaming on YouTube for free until September 30.

“Hataw Tatay Hataw” is about a middle-aged bellboy (Dolphy) whose long-lost daughter (Sheryl Cruz) returns from the United States to visit her father who disguises himself as a hotel owner to impress her. The movie also stars Zoren Legaspi, Nanette Medved, and Vandolph Quizon.

In “Dino Dinero,” Dolphy plays the titular character who is a poor ice cream dealer with three adopted children. Unfortunately, he is conned by a shrewd businessman who wants to steal his ice cream recipe. The cast includes Gretchen Barretto, Romnick Sarmenta, Carmi Martin, and many more.

The king, however, mysteriously becomes ill, and the only cure is a song by the mythical bird Adarna and the one who captures and brings it to the king will be the victor to the throne.
