Game of Thrones fans have put up with a lot of talking and hugging and scheming so far this season, but now they want blood. It looks like episode three will truly deliver on that front.

The dreaded Battle of Winterfell is imminent, and HBO has released a selection of shots from the upcoming episode that suggest it's all going to get a bit messy. Will the grim fan theory about the supposedly 'safe' crypts turn out to be true? For Tyron and Varys' sakes, we hope not.
