Sir Patrick Stewart's next role could be the "crappiest" of his life, literally. The award-winning thespian who famously played Captain Jean-Luc Picard in Star Strek: Next Generation and Professor X in the X-Men franchise has landed a role in the upcoming Emoji Movie. His character's name is Poop Daddy, representing the widely used poop emoticon.

The film's cast includes T.J. Miller in the lead role of multi-emotion Gene, James Cordon as Hi-Five, Maya Rudolph as Smiley, and Rob Riggle as the ice cream.

In an interview with Esquire in 2015, Sir Patrick mentions, "I love being on camera and the different challenges of acting for a camera." This one is mostly voice work, but we have no doubt in his range of skills. We can't wait for the Emoji Movie to drop in August.
