It's a three-month-long competition.

Or should we say body-mass index? Whichever leads you to a healthier life.

Raymond Gutierrez is making a major lifestyle change. The host, entrepreneur, and one-time Esquire editor has taken on Century Tuna's latest No Excuses campaign, where three "mentors" will be whipping him into shape for three months. Stepping into the loafers of John Lloyd Cruz, who accomplished the challenge in 2014, Gutierrez will be prepping for a great reveal in April.

Exercise has always been optional to Gutierrez who travels frequently and stays up late for work. Lifestyle coach Erwan Heussaff will help him integrate fitness into his daily life while nutritionist to the stars Nadine Tengco will take care of his diet. Arnold Aninion will be training Gutierrez at the gym.

Gutierrez's weight-loss journey will be documented on the Century Tuna website, where viewers are encouraged to take inspiration from. The website features workouts, recipes, and other articles to boost wellness. Find motivation in each other by following the hashtag #SuperBods.
