Soon-to-Sail Disney Adventure Cruise Has Adults-Only Spaces, Too

"There is something for everyone on this ship," Isabel Caruncho, Senior Interior Designer at Walt Disney Imagineering, said during the grand reveal of Disney Adventure on October 16, 2024, at Marina Bay Sands.

Disney Adventure is the seventh cruise ship owned and operated by Disney Cruise Line of The Walt Disney Company. It is also the first Disney ship to homeport in Singapore and the whole of Asia. To the delight of VIPs and members of the press, it was announced that Disney Adventure is officially setting sail on December 15, 2025, with booking scheduled to open on December 10, 2024. This is obviously exciting news to families with kids (and kids-at-heart), and we can only imagine toddlers running around the Disney-themed spaces of the ship. But if you need a break from the little ones, Disney Adventure has experiences exclusive to adults.

Adults-Only Experiences at Disney Adventure

1| Rainforest Spa

Rainforest is a signature spa available exclusively at Disney Cruise Line. Promising to be more than a spa but also an experience, the service combines steam, heat, and water therapy with aromatherapy. Most Rainforest rooms have a dry sauna, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the ocean, steam rooms, hot tubs, and more. The spa is closed off to guests below 13 years old, while those 13 years old and above need to be accompanied by adults.

2| Fitness Center

Available only for adults and those 14 and older with company, the Fitness Center will have exercise facilities, a juice bar, a meditation room, and dedicated activity spaces for yoga and cycling.

3| Palo Trattoria

This upscale restaurant will offer Italian fare, exceptional wine, and elegant service.

4| Buccaneer Bar

A sports bar through and through, Buccaneer Bar will feature live sporting events and high-end brews.

5| Tiana’s Bayou Lounge

Think cocktail with a twist. Tiana’s Bayou Lounge is stocked with craft
cocktails, zero-proof cocktails, creative mocktails, specialty coffees, and teas. It will also serve Tiana's famous beignets.

6| Spellbound

Spellbound is inspired by the story of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. But instead of potions, guests get cocktails and mocktails.

7| Market Bar

Market Bar is an al-fresco cafe that will serve refreshing cocktails and mocktails as well as specialty coffee.

8| Taverna Portorosso

Not another sports bar, you would say. But Taverna Portorosso gives everything a Disney twist by getting inspiration from Pixar's Luca.

The spas and bars are all distributed in the seven themed areas aboard the Disney Adventure: Disney Imagination Garden, Disney Discovery Reef, Fransokyo Street, Wayfinder Bay, Toy Story Place, Town Square, and Marvel Landing.

"These stunning spaces will transport guests into a magical world where timeless stories and beloved characters from Disney, Pixar, and Marvel come to life. I love seeing the excitement from fans, friends, and partners across the region as we bring the magic of Disney to this part of the world. And we have also hand-picked experiences unique to Asia, some of which are first-evers for Disney Cruise Line," said Fox.

Concierge Royal Suites

"Rest and relaxation are serious business" at the Disney Cruise Line, as pointed out by Lisa Picket, Hotel Director. And Disney Adventure is taking this adage to a different level.

Aside from employing Disney Cruise Line's signature split-bathroom concept, Disney Adventure, in particular, will be offering the concierge experience.

"The concierge experience comes with premium services and access to exclusive areas ranging from private retreats to luxury shopping to first-class spa and fitness facilities. One of the signature experiences for our concierge guests is having access to the exclusive concierge lounge inspired by Aladdin. This lounge offers complimentary food and beverages throughout the day and genie-inspired kids' stories for families traveling with children. A private sun deck overlooking the bow with stunning ocean views, loungers, an expansive pool, and an outdoor wellness area awaits, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Concierge accommodations on the Disney Adventure are large, lavish, and well-appointed. Concierge family staterooms and concierge suites will both include ample living spaces and bedrooms, all with dedicated areas for lounging, dining, and sleeping. And for guests who want the ultimate indulgence, the Disney Adventure will boast two exclusive royal suites inspired by Frozen. Once you're fully relaxed, you might just want to grab a bite to eat or enjoy a refreshing beverage," Picket explained.

The Concierge Royal Suites has two options: the Elsa Royal Suite and the Anna Royal Suite. Both have a spacious living room, a dining area with a bar, a large main bedroom, a kids' room with bunk beds, two ensuite bathrooms, and an extended verandah with a whirlpool.

Disney Adventure sails on December 15, 2025. Booking is available starting December 10, 2024. Ticket prices will be announced on November 14.
