A New Way to Eat at Work, from Sodexo and Food Tech Startup Kraver’s
A new year often brings resolutions, and for many, eating better at work is high on the list. But if your typical office lunch involves bland takeout, hurried leftovers, or some mad rush to the convenience stores, it’s tough to stick to those goals.
Digital Diner, the newest innovation from Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines and food-tech leader Kraver’s, is attempting to transform how we eat at work.
The platform offers fresh, flavorful meals delivered right to your workplace, free of delivery fees and minimum orders. For offices without on-site kitchens or cafeterias, Digital Diner promises to turn lunch breaks into something to look forward to, not just endure.

Digital Diner's Market
“Without access to on-site dining, employees often turn to external vendors, which can disrupt workflow and lead to time and productivity losses,” says Paul Debaprateem, Managing Director of Sodexo. “Digital Diner is our solution to this challenge, providing businesses with an efficient, reliable, and flexible dining option that caters to today’s workplace requirements.”
The market for such a service is massive. Eric Dee, co-founder and president of Kraver’s, breaks it down: “How big is the market? Sodexo already handles about 120,000 meals a day. Kraver’s is looking at taking on half of that from no-kitchen setups. The market is already there. We just plug and play.”
That’s 60,000 meals a day—proof that the appetite for better workplace dining options is very real.
Kraver’s CEO Victor Lim notes that Digital Diner is also a lifesaver for office events, meetings, and even big corporate gatherings. Whether it’s breakfast for a team of 50 or cocktails for 1,000, the platform promises to deliver. Their packages range from simple meals to elegant spreads, with prices starting at P200 per person.
Lim highlights that quality is a top priority. Meals are prepared in HACCP-certified facilities, ensuring safety and freshness. Plus, everything comes with full nutritional transparency, from calorie counts to allergen details. It’s a thoughtful touch for employees who want to eat well without second-guessing their choices.
“Through our partnership with Sodexo, we have co-designed an intuitive, user-friendly platform that connects institutional clients to our growing ghost kitchen network across the Philippines, allowing employees to enjoy easy, pre-ordered meals with complete nutritional transparency,” Lim says.
But beyond the tech, there’s the heart of Filipino work culture: food.
“Food is a central part of Filipino work culture,” Dee says “We’re constantly developing our food offerings for the best possible dining experience for everyone, ensuring that employees are eating healthy, delicious meals that make them feel valued, energized, and ready to collaborate.”
