Cainta Riders Clog the Streets on First Monday of GCQ

Cainta, Rizal, was downgraded to general community quarantine at midnight on Saturday. 

After eight weeks cooped up at home in extended community quarantine like the rest of us in Luzon, it appears Cainta residents couldn't wait to head back to work, or stretch their legs and head out for a joyride.
