One of the shows we're really looking forward to for fashion week this season is Gucci. If you remember, the team behind Gucci has been doing transitional shows for the past few seasons. The day has come, though, as today, creative director Sabato De Sarno will be unveiling his first collection for the Italian fashion house.Â
De Sarno's debut fashion, which will take place on the streets of Brera, will introduce the first volume of the Gucci Prospettive series—"underscoring the dialogue between art and fashion." The curator and director of the Luigi Pecci Center for Contemporary Art in Prato Stefano Collicelli Cagol says it's a love letter to Milan and its art.
