Rise up, Hamilton fans. The exclusive booking period for the highly anticipated Asia premiere of the Philippines starts today. It took eight years for the Tony award-winning musical to reach our shores, but it will be well worth the wait. As Aaron Burr, Sir, once said, “I’m willing to wait for it.”
Brought to us by GMG Productions, Hamilton will premiere in Manila on September 17.
Here’s everything you need to know to cop your Hamilton tickets today.
Who is eligible for the exclusive booking period?
Only UnionBank and CitiBank debit and credit cardholders are eligible for the exclusive booking period. As the official sponsor and pre-sale partner of Hamilton’s Asian premiere, UnionBank got first dibs on tickets for its customers.
When is the exclusive booking period?
UnionBank and CitiBank debit and credit cardholders can start booking their tickets from 10 a.m. on April 17 (today) to 11:59 p.m. on April 21.
The first six digits of your UnionBank/Citi card will act as your promo code and confirmation that you’re eligible for the exclusive booking period.
How much do tickets cost?
Ticket prices will range from P2,645 to P8,993 based on seat location and performance date. Weekend shows will be priced higher, regardless of seat location. Here’s a quick roundup of ticket prices:

How do you pay?
Those participating in the exclusive booking period will need to use their UnionBank and CitiBank debit and credit cards when they purchase their tickets online. You can’t use another card even if you enter your UnionBank/CitiBank card as the promo code.
Note that refunds are not guaranteed unless you click the refundable ticket option upon checkout.
How do you buy Hamilton tickets during the exclusive booking period?
- Go to Ticketworld.com.
- Sign in or sign up for an account. (If you’re a new user, it should only take a minute to create an account).
- Go to the Hamilton selling section. Important note: do not exit your browser or refresh the page. If you’re in the queue, just wait in line until it’s your turn. If you refresh the page, you’ll go back to the end of the line.
- Select the date, seats, and number of tickets you want.
- Enter the first six digits of your UnionBank or CitiBank debit or credit card as your promo code.
- Enter your email address and billing details.
- Click “Select payment method” and choose “Credit Card”.
- Choose your mode of delivery: SMS or Email.
- Select or add your participating UnionBank Credit Card and click “Confirm”.
- Once confirmed, the Cardholder will receive ticket confirmation via SMS or Email.
How many tickets can you buy?
You can purchase a maximum of six tickets per transaction.
How will you receive tickets?
Tickets are digital. You need only present your mobile tickets at The Theatre at Solaire on the day of the performance, but you can opt to print your tickets are home or request a box office collection on the day of the show.
If you want a physical ticket as memorabilia, just present your mobile ticket at any TicketWorld and request a printed version. There will be a small fee.

How long is the show?
The performance will be two hours and 50 minutes long, including intermission. But it’s highly recommended that you arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the show starts.
When do tickets go on sale for non-UnionBank and non-CitiBank cardholders?
For those who signed up for the waitlist, the pre-sale period will run from 20 April 2023, 10 a.m. to 23 April 2023, 11:59 p.m.
You can only participate in the pre-sale period if you signed up for the waitlist. The exclusive pre-sale link will be sent directly to your registered email.
When do tickets go on sale for those who didn’t sign up for the waitlist?
The booking period for the general public starts on April 41 at 11 a.m. Exclusive links and credit cards aren't necessary. Just go directly to Ticketworld.com to book your tickets.
