Prost! An Authentic Oktoberfest Awaits at Solaire Resort This Year

Beer enthusiasts, those who enjoy German cuisine and who fancy donning Bavarian fashion are set to flock to Solaire Resort Entertainment City for a festive and authentic Oktoberfest this year.

From October 9 to 11, 2025 at the property's Grand Ballroom, the finest German beers, sausages, and an immersion into the Bavarian lifestyle will be a feast for the senses at Prost!, an authentic Oktoberfest celebration in the Philippines. Prost is how you say "cheers" in German.

In a statement, Solaire said classic Munich-style beer Hofbräu will be the official beverage of the festival. Tickets for the festival go on sale starting July, with Solaire Reward Card members being entitled to a 10 percent discount.

The event is a partnership between Solaire and the German Club Manila, which celebrates the cultural phenomenon that traces its roots to Munich and spans over 180 Philippine Oktoberfest celebrations since 1930.

“Start the feast with your favorite Bavarian delicacies served in family-style in each beer garden table,” Solaire said. “A table full of bratwurst! From Weisswurst, a Munich-style poached veal and pork sausage, Rostbratwurst (grilled coarse pork sausage), and Frankfurter with potato salad and Kaiser roll.”

Featured Bavarian treats and dishes at the event include Brotkorb (breadbasket), a centerpiece of oven-fresh German breads, Laugenbrezel (Bavarian-style soft pretzels), Räucherlachs (German-style smoked salmon), and Wiesen jause (German cold cuts and cheeses).

Attendees will also enjoy a main course offering consisting of a Bavarian meat platter made up of a crispy pork knuckle, pork schnitzel, meat loaf, rotisserie chicken, sausage, mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut and onion jus.

For dessert, the event will be stacked with German classics such as Apfelstrudel (apple strudel), Kaiserschmarrn (shredded caramelized pancake), and Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (black forest gateau).

Tickets are set to go on pre-sale at the German Club Manila website but prices have yet to be published.
