Aston Martin Gets Into Real Estate: See the Luxury Condominium the British Carmaker Designed in Miami
Talk about a head turner. This 800-foot-plus skyscraper has been catching residents’ attention long before it was built in Miami.
The Aston Martin Residences Miami, a 66-storey residential tower with 391 units, marks the first venture of the British luxury sports carmaker into the real estate market. Built by world-famous property developer G&G Business Developments, it’s become the tallest building in the whole of Florida, at least for now.
A view of the river from the condominium
The building, designed in sail-shaped form, sits right at the mouth of the Miami River on Biscayne Bay. So, you can just imagine the view of the river and the skyline. Residents probably thought of the same thing, which is why 99 percent of the units were already sold before the project was even completed.
Designed with renowned architect Rodolfo Miani of Bodas Mian Anger, the Aston Martin Residences Miami boasts seven penthouses—each has its own private pool and terrace—while the apartments range in size from one to five bedrooms.
The Unique Triplex Penthouse
The star of the show is the “Unique Triple Penthouse,” which spans three floors, making it the largest unit in the building. Right now, it’s still for sale for $59 million.

Aston Martin’s first residential real estate property officially opened in Florida last April 30, coinciding with the Formula One Miami Grand Prix.
“Using curvilinear glass and steel and soaring 66 storeys into the sky — the tallest all-residential building south of New York City — the architectural design of the building's exterior pays homage to the dramatic lines of our ultra-luxury high performance sports cars,” Marek Reichman, executive vice president and chief creative officer of Aston Martin, said.
"We are delighted to have extended our expertise in design and craftsmanship into a project of this stature. Such ventures enable us to further [….] expand Aston Martin into new aspects of the ultra-luxury world that appeal to both our existing and future customers,” he added.
The infinity pool and the pool deck
While the view from your window seems more than enough, residents can enjoy the panoramic sceneries of Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean even more from this infinity pool, situated at the heart of the condominium on the 55th floor. The sky bar and lounge features “ultra luxurious” facilities, including a chef’s kitchen, pool deck, jacuzzi, cabana, ballroom, as well as private dining areas. You can even book an exclusive super-yacht to explore the turquoise waters of Miami, with private butler service available anytime.
More show-shopping amenities sit between the building’s 52nd and 55th floors, which are interconnected by a glass staircase. Those include a two-floor fitness center; an art gallery; a virtual golf simulator; two movie theaters; a kids’ playroom; a business center and conference room; as well as a full-service spa, beauty salon, and barber shop.
Of course, Aston Martin is not Aston Martin without its signature style.
As soon as you walk into the lobby, you already get the familiar feeling of seeing the British maker’s sports cars, with the quintessentially Aston Martin interior design. Other highlight features include doors with bespoke Aston Martin handles throughout the building.

Homeowners can customize their luxury spaces into something more Aston Martin, with three interior style packages exclusively developed for Aston Martin Residences Miami: Timeless, Covert, and Indulgent. The three collections celebrate the classic Aston Martin design; draw inspiration from the car maker’s dark concepts; and offer an extra level of luxury with softer touches; respectively.
Following the first venture in Miami, Aston Martin is putting up more state-of-the-art design projects across the world. Among these are the Sylvan Rock private residential estate set to rise in Rhinebeck, New York; and the N°001 Minami Aoyama, deemed to be the first Aston Martin home in Asia.
Aston Martin is not the only one of its kind to venture into the residential property market. Bentley, another British luxury car manufacturer, is set to launch a 63-storey building along the coastline of Isles Beach, Florida in 2026.
