Traffic Is Going to Be Extra Challenging in Pasig for the Next Few Months
The northeast portion of Pasig nearby the Manggahan Floodway and Cainta doesn't exactly have the most smooth-sailing traffic, especially during the morning rush. Now if you live in the East, get ready for things to get a little bit more intense. The Pasig City Command Center released a traffic advisory, warning motorists to expect heavy traffic along the East Bank Road which started June 28. This is due to the Department of Public Works and Highways' road repairs, which will happen daily until April 30, 2019. (Welp.)
The good news? Road repairs will only take place at night, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. the next day. All motorists are advised to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
