It might be the 21st century, but royalty continues to fascinate us. They no longer rule nations as God’s “chosen” overlords and many have fallen from power, but the supposed blue blood that runs through their veins is still subject to curiosity. The world’s most famous and most controversial princes—Prince William and Prince Harry—might not be the young studs they once were, but there’s already another generation of young royals to take their place.

Here are 13 princes from around the world that are under 30.

From Ruling Royal Families

Hussein, Crown Prince of Jordan

At 27 years old, the future king of Jordan is preparing to one day take the throne. He graduated from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and has since been helping his father by taking on more duties. Hussein is the eldest child of King Abdullah II of Jordan and Queen Rania Al-Yassin. Hussein and Abdullah hail from the House of Hashim, which is said to be descended from the Islamic prophet Muhammad. Like most modern nations with royal families, Jordan is a constitutional monarchy but the king still holds power and influence in governance.

Louis is in line to become Earl Spencer and the manager of the Althorp estate, where Princess Diana has been laid to rest. He is 28 years old.

Prince Joachim of Belgium

Joachim is not in the direct line of succession to the Belgian throne, but his mother is the younger sister of the Belgian King Philippe. On his father's side, his great-grandfather was the last king of Austria. Joachim is 30 years old.

Moulay Hassan, Crown Prince of Morocco

The eldest child of King Mohammad VI of Morocco, Moulay is expected to inherit the throne after his father. He’s only 18, but he’s already taking on more appearances and responsibilities to prepare for the throne. Moulay is expected to take on the name Hassan III when he becomes king.

Prince Abdul of Brunei

The 30-year-old prince from Brunei is the fourth son of the Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah of Brunei. His eldest brother is currently being groomed for succession. Of all the brothers, Prince Abdul is perhaps the most active on social media, allowing his millions of followers to witness his royal lifestyle.

Prince Sébastien of Luxembourg

Sébastien is the youngest child of the Grand Duke Henri and Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg. The title of heir falls to his eldest brother, but the young prince has been doing his part by enlisting in the Luxembourg army.

From Defunct Royal Families

Prince Constantine Alexios of Greece and Denmark

The Greek royal family might be deposed, but that hasn’t stopped the family from being active members of New York and London societies. The eldest son of the current crown prince of Greece, Prince Constantine is an artist, sculptor, and photographer. Like his fellow royals, he graduated from Georgetown University, and like the princes of Denmark, he modeled for Dior.

Prince Achileas-Andreas of Greece and Denmark

Achileas followed his older brother, Prince Constantin, to the U.S. to pursue his undergraduate studies. He’s currently a student at New York University. The deposed Greek royals are relatives of the late Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburg, and as such, are related to the newest generation of British royals.

Archduke Ferdinand von Habsburg

Habsburg is a family many historians are familiar with, but since they’ve fallen out of power, the current heir apparent is pursuing a career as a motor racing driver. At only 24, Ferdinand is already a racing champion with a promising career ahead.
