The meme originated from a scene in ABS-CBN's Kadenang Ginto, where actor Dimples Romana is seen walking down a pockmarked street in a blindingly red dress, a clutch bag, and luggage in tow. Naturally, it inspired thousands of memes depicting Romana appearing various places in the same outfit.
