The First Look at Tom Cruise's Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One

At 60 years old, Tom Cruise is nowhere near ready for retirement. After the massive global success of Top Gun: Maverick, Cruise is setting up the silver screen return of Mission Impossible. Five years since the premiere of MI6, MI7 is now weeks away from its global comeback—and grand finale. Dubbed Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, the action-packed spy thriller will be released on July 12, 2023, around the world.

Directed by Christopher McQuarrie, Part One will start Cruise alongside Vanessa Kirby, Hayley Atwell, Shea Whigham, Pom Klementieff, Esai Morales, Henry Czerny, Rob Delaney, Cary Elwes, Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss, Charles Parnell, Greg Tarzan Davis, and Frederick Schmidt.

Set after the events of MI6, MI7 will follow Ethan Hunt on his most dangerous mission yet. As a Tom Cruise film, we expect only the best action and fight scenes from MI7. The trailer alone is enough to hype us up for the movie's July premiere.

The film’s sequel, Dead Reckoning Part Two, is already scheduled for June 28, 2024. The two movies will act as the two-part conclusion of this epic 28-year story.
